I agree, Paul has summed it up beautifully.
Two points stick in my mind:
1 – While Jason has thorough and quite detailed sets of plans, and obviously gets support from above because they allow him to spend a lot of money and use of facilities he is frustrated by the ‘chain of command’ who seem to have a very narrow view of where we do and could fit.
2 – RSCH is a major centre and has links with a number of other similar organisations so can be a significant influencer.
