Patrick, whilst very enthusiastic, he knows where his essential staff are so if there is a transport issue say with snow he already has thought out efficient logistics to get his staff in and out to the RSCH. He is also keen on offsite events I.e accident terrorist etc and what equipment and staff he needs to deploy out to the incident as well as bringing P3 injuries back to the main hospital.This area is one to explore further and would have been a major part of our role today in the exercise.
