I keep a small 2 litre foam extinguisher to hand, IMHO the best because of the cooling effect needed around the engine and so many hot things? As far as electrical fire suitability our 12V is irrelevant, obviously electric vehicles – just run… only downside I was wondering about is frost protection? Planning to upgrade to something bigger – 6 or 9 litres. Nothing is too much when it comes to vehicle fire as far as I heard – apparently even fire fighters give up on visible flames saying it is just a waste of water… opinions?
