This is one we had previously:

However, we will not be recording times now, so we don’t need ‘ in just etc’. An A5 sheet is sufficent, and they are not laminated, as we need to write the names on them (on this one the name went on the winch line!)
You are welcome to do whatever you feel is appropriate – but note that this time we will probably have a Defender 90 being pulled, so you might like to find an image of one of them.
I suggest that you print off 100, so we can use them next year as well. Don’t put a date on the sheet, but somewhere put ‘Date: ………………’ so that we can write that in when we put the names on.
