I would suggest it would be a very big manual.
On that subject we (Sussex) had a talk about Electric vehicles and hybrids. I can safely say I will be treating them very cautiously in future with more voltage than a 3rd rail (so I am lead to believe ) anyone that has had an impact or submerged I think i will leave well enough alone.
