Update on Joshua from his FB page

Joshua still in hospital. He has an infection in his port. We’re waiting for some more test results due back tomorrow to find out if the infection is under control or if further investigations and treatment is needed. Joshua’s brother has now come down with chicken pox so should Joshua be allowed home in time for Xmas were not 100% sure his brother will be allowed near him if he isn’t stabbed over by then! Never rains but it pours at the moment. Today Joshua was lucky enough to meet Father Christmas in the hospital. Father Christmas was so impressed with Joshua,s bravery and story that he asked if he could have his photo taken with Joshua for the local news paper! Joshua happily obliged, we will post the link as soon as it’s published but for now here is a couple of pics taken by us
