The application form was emailed through to me by Jane Nuti in February. After agreeing our attendance at the March meeting I submitted the forms in April. Last year I spoke to her and was advised that due to our involvement we would not be charged. She intimated that this would continue forward. Unfortunately I do not have anything in writing. After I completed the application form and risk assessment I “zapped” the email. The copies Neil gave you are what I sent through to her. These were sent from work and I cannot believe that they were no received as I have not received anything back through post. Neil attended the meeting on Monday 6 July as previously agreed. I think they are being underhand with this. You may wish to speak to Joe as he had previously negotiated our attendance in 2013, before I took ever the event in 2014.
