Dave I have to put together a method plan to sent to lee so he can pass it on to the site organiser.
dave you said at the meeting about a asort course or something like that . the age group working on joshua’s age is about 5ys but this will be on an open day type event. I need to know how much space you need. I would also like to send 4 responses cars to the site and some sort of a stand balloons stickers that sort of thing. ( it would be good if the cars has flashing lights so that the kids can go oh aw !) may be some kit out on display like we did this weekend.
any other ideas and thoughts would really help as i have never done this before.
i need to give lee an update this week so if you have any input can you send it ASAP
I do have a very big problem with this .
I have just found out that I will be away working on the 9th so can not be there in person but i will be on the end of the phone
and lee will be able to contact me anyway . what i do need is someone to be a point of contact for the day on site. As I say i will be there in spirit but not in body and i will be ringing in to make sure everything is ok and if any problems sort them out.
If anyone can help and be the PoC that would be a very big help.
