Here is my proposed layout for the day – although don’t consider that you must go where I have marked you:

Daren has had to drop out so his place is taken by Phil Gardner, the first reserve.
We will have three of the small Tirfor-type winches, hence the layout as shown, unlike last year when we had to compensate for different size winches
When setting up we have been asked to:
1. Leave a clear exit for Brookland’s own emergency vehicles
2. Leave a clear access to the Concorde booking hall
3. Leave a clear route for cavalcade vehicles
More general requirements are:
– Collections can only be carried out at our stand – nowhere else on the site.
– Flyers can be given out from our stand, but are not to be put on any other vehicles on site or in the car parks
I now have all our tickets, and will distribute them when we meet in the Tesco Car park.
If you do not get to the car park on time you will have missed the chance of a free entry with your vehicle.
