Dear all,
Just a quick reminder to all volunteers for tomorrow’s exercise to wrap up
warm! The building has not been heated for some time and most of the times
I have visited the venue it has been colder inside than out!
Also, there is not much seating at the venue so if you want to bring a
camping/deck chair for your comfort then that’s absolutely fine.
I look forward to meeting you all and remain hugely appreciative of your
support for this event. I hope you all enjoy the day,
